Políticas de reservación y pagos

• Cancelaciones 48 horas antes de realizarse el servicio permite la reintegración total del dinero.
  

• Realizadas menos de 48 horas de realizar la actividad no hay reintegro de dineroreservas se realizan por medio de correo electrónico y con el pago del 50% del costo de la actividad.
  

• El restante 50% se cancela el mismo día del evento o un día antes.
  

• No presentarse a hacer una actividad, pierde el total cancelado.
  

• Cancelaciones por factores de fuerza mayor permiten el reintegro total del dinero.
  

• Entre ellas están: eléctrica o mal tiempoón de responsabilidad nuestraniños menores de 12 años pagan un 75% del costo del tour.
